Bishop Courtney and Pastor Janeen serve as the senior pastor and co-pastor of CRC in Norfolk, Virginia. For thirty years, they have provided vision and quality leadership for this growing assembly.

Pastor Janeen provides leadership for a variety of our Dream Teams with a distinct focus on women and prayer. In addition, Pastor Janeen is Founder and President of her brainchild, House of Esther Organization, a Transitional Home for Single Mothers with an on-campus GED program for both men and women. This organization is committed to empowering our youth and young adults while promoting economic sustainability and independence through education and care. houseofestherorganization.org 

Courtney serves as the senior pastor of CRC and leads the Calvary Leadership Network (CLN). CLN is an umbrella organization for leaders in the US and abroad. In his oversight role, Bishop McBath provides guidance, leadership training, and opportunities for accountability to affiliated ministries in the U.S., Africa, India, China, Bosnia, Peru, Bolivia, and Dominican Republic. courtneymcbath.com 

Together, Bishop and Pastor have served the body of Christ for more than forty years with combined educational achievements that include business, engineering, and theology degrees. They have been married for 39 years; have four sons, a daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren.
