Paulette Staton is Deputy Director and Co-Owner of Global Health Services (GHS), a housing and residential services company for individuals with developmental disabilities. GHS’s mission is to provide safe homes within an environment where individuals are comfortable, able to grow in their personal passions and be contributing members of their community.

With over 33 years in the Real Estate industry, the last 22 years with Fannie Mae, America’s largest secondary mortgage finance agency, she is an expert in asset management & loss mitigation of multifamily properties, data analytics and manager of investor disclosures of mortgaged backed securities.

Paulette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University, Washington, D.C.

Inspired by learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others, she has a passion for helping and encouraging others.  She is the co-founder of Sisters in the Spirit (SIS), a woman’s fellowship ministry, which was birthed 10 years ago.  The mission of SIS is to celebrate the accomplishments and victories of women by honoring their faith, commitment, and triumphs.

Paulette has served on the of Board of Directors of Pro-Paratus (Parahtus), a youth empowerment organization, for 4 years.  She is currently the Program Director, responsible for developing curriculum, youth activities and event planning.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Paulette lives in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and is married to Ricky Staton and they have three children and three grandchildren.
