As Director, Sherri engages and inspires women philanthropists to come together to make a difference in the community through and with the brand Women United. Raising an average of $2.1M annually, Women United focuses on moving women and children out of poverty permanently utilizing innovative programs and brain science.

What makes Sherri’s experience unique is having been successful in the non-profit industry and the for-profit consumer goods industry. Particularly in national account sales with Frito-Lay, Inc. There, she had the opportunity to work with major corporations and develop strategic initiatives.

Three values that define Sherri in my professional life:

1. Work ethic. Priding herself on her willingness to work hard by setting SMART goals.

• Adaptability. Being flexible in fast-paced environment and put process changes into place that bring higher efficiency and improvements to both the company and its clients.

• Motivation. Self-directed with a passion for learning and growth.

Sherri earned her BA from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in business from Xavier University. In her personal life, Sherri loves her family, church, and the outdoors. She prefers golf, skiing, and hiking. Sherri is a huge college football – especially Virginia Tech Hokies!
