Rev. Dr. Brennetta Williams

Reverend Dr. Brennetta C. Williams is the Visionary Founder and Senior Pastor of the Impact Worship Center Int’l located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Impact Worship Center is a church with a vision to impact lives for victorious living through Christ. IWCI is committed to serving those in need and reaching the lost at any cost.

Dr. Williams received her undergraduate studies degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After achieving her Bachelor of Science degree, she earned a Master of Divinity from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Her professional background includes marketing for several leading pharmaceutical companies. Over the last decade, she has dedicated her life to providing medicines, education and community services to those affected and infected with HIV/AIDS. The experience has been instrumental in sensitizing her to the suffering of others.

Dr. Williams has been blessed to minister locally, nationally and internationally. She is passionate concerning foreign missions. Dr. Williams has served on Africa crusade teams to Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Capetown, Durban, Mauritius, Soweto and Johannesburg, South Africa, as well as, China and Thailand. Mostly recently, she led an Operation Impact Missions and Ministry Team to Nairobi, Kenya.

Dr. Williams answered the call to the gospel ministry and was licensed in 2003. She has served as an Associate Minister, Adjutant, Director of Prayer Ministries and in a multiplicity of capacities ministering to congregational spiritual needs.

Dr. Williams is currently affiliated with the Worship Center Worldwide Fellowship of Churches and was ordained under the spiritual covering of Bishop Millicent Hunter. She is an evangelist, conference speaker, and community advocate dedicated to faithfully serving others. Her greatest passion is working in the Kingdom of God to see lives renewed, restored and revived. She is the recipient of numerous community service awards including the 2018 MLK Missions and Ministry Award, 2019 Women of the Word and the 2020 African American Creative Community Award. Annually, Dr. Williams has hosted the Destined2Impact Empowerment Conference at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

Reverend Dr. Brennetta Williams is the visionary and CEO of Positive Impact Outreach Inc. This non-profit organization is dedicated to positively impacting lives of those in need through the love of Christ. Positive Impact seeks to provide assistance and needed services to the elderly, women, homeless, disadvantaged youth.

Dr. Williams is a native of South Boston, Virginia and currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
