Joseph & Jacqueline Williams
Jacqueline Williams, is the COO of Herald Charters located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jacqueline began consulting with Herald Missionary Charters in 2016 and came onboard in an official capacity in 2018. Jacqueline has more than 16 years of experience in servant leadership. Her dream of being a part of something bigger, of being a disciple, a herald, a messenger, of helping to bring others closer to the mission is what drew her to Herald Charters.
Mrs. Williams was born in Statesboro, Georgia. She graduated from Airport High School in West Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Williams has been licensed as a Registered Nurse for more than 16 years. Mrs. Williams received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Prior to receiving her advanced degrees, Mrs. Williams served as an Active Duty Enlisted Soldier in the Quartermaster Corp of the United States Army from 1991-1998.
Mrs. Williams has had the opportunity to work in a variety of different nursing leadership settings throughout her career in not for profit, for profit and government healthcare settings. Mrs. Williams worked as a nursing leader for Palmetto Health Alliance in the Ambulatory Care Clinics and within the Homecare Division for more than 11 years. She then accepted a position as an Agency Director with Addus Homecare in their largest branch in their South Carolina Division. After less than 2 years into this role, she was afforded the opportunity to become the Director of Nursing for the state of South Carolina. Mrs. Williams was then able to realize another career goal of becoming employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs as a nursing leader within their Telehealth Program. Since becoming employed with the VA, Mrs. Williams also had the opportunity of serving as the Acting Nurse Manager of the Veterans Support Call Center.
Mrs. Williams love of leadership led to her participating and graduation from the Leadership Development Institute at both Palmetto Health Alliance in 2008 and with the VA in 2018. She also has vast experience in Project Management, having personally led and directed over 5 special projects over the past 8 years. Mrs. Williams leadership philosophy of servant leadership and people development will serve her well as the Chief Operating Officer of Herald Charters.
Joseph Williams is the Founder and CEO of Herald Charters. His life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ regardless of their current station in life. Joseph has more than a decade of teaching and counseling, which enables him to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency and strength. He is a husband, father, author, teacher, pilot, role model and mentor. He has experience teaching English as a Second Language, while serving as Logistics Director and Men’s Group Director for Restoration Christian Fellowship. As the Associate Pastor for Camp Eggers, Kabul Afghanistan church, he conducted worship services; lead observances, church services; lead the church in proclaiming the gospel to the church and community in the heart of the war on terrorism. Joseph has also a Life Group Leader and a Missions Director.
Aviation Expert and an Accomplished Executive with demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results with solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects including budgeting and administration. His time in the US Air Force allowed him an opportunity to become a very detail oriented leader with well over 20 years of airfield and aircrew / pilot experience in Operations and Management. Most recently as the Chief Pilot for PSA Airlines, he proved to be instrumental in taking the airline to several new bases including Philadelphia and Norfolk. He has consistently demonstrated superior planning, organization and leadership skills with exceptional negotiation skills and superior skills in operations, management, cost reductions, facilitating smooth-running operations and ensuring the achievement of long-term objectives. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Masters from Embry -Riddle in Aviation Operations and Business Management.
Mr. Joseph Williams has been the Chief Executive Officer of Herald Charters, Inc. since January 8, 2016. Mr. Williams has served as President of Herald Charters, Inc. from January 8, 2016 to present. He served as the PSA Airlines Base chief pilot for both Philadelphia International Airport and Knoxville Airport, from January 2018, until September 2018. Prior to that role, Joseph took time learning the operation of a regional airline as a Captain serving as a line pilot from September 2016 until January 2018. He is now serving as First Officer for American Airlines.
During his time as an Air Force Pilot he amassed 15+ years of aviation experience and delivering mission-critical results with solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects including budgeting and administration. He is a detail-oriented leader with airfield operations and logistics experience. His military experience includes aircraft commander of the KC-135 and a vast knowledge of aviation operations and management as the Director of Operations for over three years serving the militaries leading deployment operation for missions transiting the Pacific. During this time he learned superior planning, organization and leadership skills and perfected his craft becoming an exceptional negotiator with superior skills in operations, management, cost reductions, facilitating smooth-running operations and ensuring the achievement of long-term objectives. He serves as a Board member for Upstate Stand Down for Spartanburg, South Carolina. In 2018, he was named one of the “Most Influential Managers” by PSA Airlines.
Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and English from the University of Alabama, as well as Masters Degrees in Practical Theology from Regent University and finally, an Aviation Operations and Business Management Masters from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has started a series of books, completing his first book titled, “Gods Natural Bridge, Allowing God To Work Through You, To Reconnect With Your Family”. Joseph is happily married to his soulmate and forever friend, Jacqueline Williams. They are the proud parents of five combined children; De’Anna, Nicholous, Asia, Tre, and Gabe.
