Toiya Sosa

Toiya Sosa is an award-winning community leader and public affairs professional with significant experience that spans two decades. She excels at building relationships with non-profit organizations, 65 to date, and working with high-profile leaders like Al Sharpton, Marc Morial, Roland Martin, Senator Mark Warner, and others to galvanize the community around social equity. She is a Director for the Urban League of Hampton Roads, Vice Chair of the United Way of South Hampton Roads African American Leadership Society, and a Director for Women United. She is also a National Urban League Emerging Leader. Sosa has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Law. 

She is recognized as a strong leader who not only meets but exceeds both client and company expectations while increasing revenue and strategically reducing costs. She has an extensive background in philanthropic investment management, community outreach program development, brand reputation management, local government and media relations as well as corporate volunteer program management.
